This doesn't work in a multiplayer game.

Discussion over.
Ragnarok Online says you are wrong:

Basic Merchant skill mastered at Lv.10.
Inflict great damage on an enemy by spending zeny. The amount of zeny consumed by Mammonite is affected by the skill`s level, although Mammonite always consumes 5 SP regardless of skill level.

It pretty much doesn't work for Ragnarok online much either, I've played it and it's pretty much outclassed by Bash(due to the accuracy increase and no zeny cost I'd choose its 400% damage over 600% damage with 1000 zeny cost per use), also why use a skill like that when your better off buying more healing potions?

The point it's not making it a good skill, it's making a gold sink skill, XD.

Why to? For the same reason people like to show off those horrible crystalline and obsidian things: "Look at me, I'm Sir-Farm-A-Lot".

I seriusly doubt anyone would eBay gold to use it with a skill that do not make more damage than other PvE skills with maked titles.

If you're just looking for a gold sink, there are a thousand better ideas than this.

If they wanted a gold sink they should just open up a strip joint in L.A.

Because that skill is one of the DUMBEST concepts ever to come from a final fantasy game, and that's saying a lot.

Let's pretend for a moment that you can hurt someone in any way with a handful of coins. Why use ACTUAL COINS? Why not get a blacksmith to chop you up some COIN SHAPED CHUNKS OF PIG IRON?

Because OBVIOUSLY only gold can pierce our character's armor!

Gold? This is Guild Wars! Think through!

PLATINUM!

If you have 999gold or less, the skill attack would have gold animations and look like a rain of coins or a golden Lighting Orb or something like that.

But if you have enough gold... HAHA! A platinum spear!

Imagine it... shinning with your wealth to deliver a bit of damage to a single enemy... XD

So you are probably quite rich? All those +1$ add up. Just make sure your company doesn't hire Tender Wolf as they will bankrupt it in a week.

Anyways... by now you should probably figure it out why it doesn't work with GW. It doesn't fit in GW universe, it doesn't help the poor(gold and skill-wise) players and the whole overpowerdnes(sp?) sure doesn't help anyone.

And you should probably be happy there are no cat pictures so far.
